W/C 25/05/2020- PE WEEK 7

FLEXIBLITY FOR P4-7

Flexibility is being bendy and stretchy. We all have different levels of flexibility. We are all unique. If we want to improve our flexibility we need to train. The following links are for various levels, why not choose your level and give it a go? If you were to train for 3 or more times a week for a month you would start to see an improvement in our flexibility. Gymnastics, dance and cheerleading are just some of the activities that require good flexibility.
