WOULD YOU RATHER?? WORKOUT
The following link will take you to a fitness workout that requires quick decision making. You will be given two choices and need to pick which out of the two that you prefer, you will then do the exercise depending on your choice. What will you pick??
WAKA WAKA JUST DANCE
I think all football fans are very much missing football whether it was playing or watching so lets cheers ourselves up and dance to the uplifting WAKA WAKA song from the 2010 FIFA World Cup that was held in South Africa.
HAPPY JUST DANCES
Over the last 12 weeks we have lots to be proud of: staying at home, adjusting to learning from home, developing our computing skills, keeping ourselves and families safe by not visiting loved ones, no MacDonalds/Burger King/Costa, no cinema or shopping, no meals out, Thursday clapping for carers, colouring rainbows, baking, chalk drawing, spending quality time with siblings/parents/family, using our imagination etc etc.
We are slowing coming out the other side and things will start to ease and become more normal soon so lets celebrate….. lets DANCE!! Here are some uplifting songs to dance along too, some may also be clues for something in health week 😉
FOOTBALLERS
Aberdeen Football Club has started to do daily football PE lessons, they have done 4 already and they are all saved on their youtube channel and are free for all. The link below will take you to lesson one and you will be able to find lessons 2-4 on there too. Watch out tomorrow for lesson 5. I know some pupils will love this, especially a football mad P4 in Mrs W class!!! Its good to see some local clubs doing something for all. Enjoy!!
