Daily Exercise Challenge 

Don’t forget to complete your daily challenge and add one extra repetition onto yesterday’s numbers.


Football Skills with Amy Muir 

This is the final challenge set by Amy. See what she has planned for you today.  She has her own Twitter page so maybe you could film yourself doing one of her challenges and tag her in it. I’m sure she would love to see how well you’re doing.

Healthy Eating Video with the Spencers 

The bears have made up a song and dance all about healthy eating. Mabel will demonstrate the moves so that you can join in with the actions! 

Why not have a go at making up your own song all about healthy eating. You could perform it yourself, with family members, or you could use your teddy bears like we did! We would love to see your creations!

Other activities included in the video are: 

  • Make fruity faces! 
  • Create ‘art’ out of fruit and vegetables
  • Design/make/eat a healthy snack 
  • Make a healthy picnic and share it with your bears! 
  • Design a healthy/balanced 3 course meal (make it too if you can!) 
  • Make a fruit kebab
