Football Skills with Amy Muir

Amy Muir started playing football when she was at primary school just like you. She was scouted by Rangers FC and signed for them at the age of 13. She progressed through the ranks at the club and was awarded the first ever Women’s Player of the Year at the end of last season before signing for the Hibs Women’s TeamShe was recently picked for the Scotland Women’s first team but has been part of the Scotland setup since she was 13 and captained the U19 team in last summer’s Euro competition

We have been lucky enough to have Amy record some skills for us at Bishopmill.  These are skills that can easily be done at home.

Please click on the videos below to find out what she has in store for you today. You never know, if you keep practicing, you could end up an international player just like her.

Remy’s Dance Tutorial

Remy is Mrs Spencer’s sister. She lives in Lincolnshire and teaches dancing to children from age 2 to 18 years. She worked as a professional dancer on cruise ships and in commercial videos before she joined her mum’s dance school. ‘The Sandy Gray School of Theatre and Dance’. Remy is also a trained Aerialist; and performed acrobatics on hoops and with ribbons high up off the ground!

Today she will take you through a street dance tutorial and by the end you will have a dance to perform. This is suitable for ALL ages! Have a go and please do record your finished dances, we would love to see them!
