We finished off our Creativity- Grand designs project by presenting our work to Nursery. We talked about how we had planned, made and reviewed our bedroom in a shoe box. Everyone was very interested to see our work.

House design and build
P1 have designed and made their own houses from junk. Designs included houses with slides, bumpy coal sheds, multi-coloured walls and flapping doors. We covered the boxes we used with paper before we painted them.

At play this January
Alongside the free choice crafts, construction, games and play activities on offer during play this term, P1 have their very own ice cave for Arctic and Antarctic explorations.
Ice cream making
We made vanilla ice cream. Cream, icing sugar, vanilla essence, ice cubes and ALOT of shaking!
Afterwards we got to eat our hard work though.
