Our new IDL topic is Senses. To get us thinking about how important they are, we had a visit from Isobel who is blind and her guide dog Spice. We learned a lot and was very impressed with how calm and clever Spice was.

Recently we visited the residents at the Speyside Care Home and sang our Spring songs. We remembered all our actions and words. We certainly made everyone smile and we enjoyed ourselves too. Well done everybody you got a class Oscar for all your hard work.
As part of our learning we were thinking about living and non living things. Primary One grew seeds- grass seed and cress seed. Some seeds had all the right conditions- the needs of the seed and some did not. Look at our yellow grass -it grew in the cupboard!
