Ice cream making
We made vanilla ice cream. Cream, icing sugar, vanilla essence, ice cubes and ALOT of shaking!
Afterwards we got to eat our hard work though.
Wednesday walks-whatever the weather!
Each Wednesday this term P1 will be walking out and about in Aberlour- whatever the weather! Here are some of the sights we saw this week.
Antarctica talk
Mr Filer came to talk to P1 about his time working in Antarctica. We looked at photographs, asked lots of questions and even got to try on explorers clothes. We drew some of our own pictures which we will turn into a class book.
Winter in P1
As part of our look at winter, P1 have been investigating ice through play and ice experiments.
