Although it is important to identify where we are now, it is not enough to stop there. We need to reflect upon how we can develop the skills where we are less confident and how we can transfer the skills in which we are confident and competent.

| Work under pressure | Having the ability to work under pressure will always be beneficial whether that be meeting university deadlines or creating lesson plans within the classroom. I also feel that working under pressure will become a large part of my MA1 placement. | Again, relating to my first semester assignments I feel I had the opportunity to develop my skills when working under pressure as I had all my assignments to prepare for. |
