STEM Nation Award Drop-in Sessions

The STEM Nation Award drop-in sessions are open to practitioners from ELC settings, schools and CLD settings who are interested in learning more about the STEM Nation Award programme. These sessions also provide an opportunity for STEM Nation Award applicants to ask questions or seek support with their application from the Education Scotland STEM team.

The regular drop-in sessions take place during morning and afternoon slots to suit the needs of practitioners working in different sectors.

The 30 minute sessions will be hosted on Microsoft Teams, which you can join using a Glow or non-Glow account.

There is no requirement to attend the full session – please feel free to register, drop-in to ask your question and then use the remainder of the time to work on your application… or grab a cuppa before your learners return!

Full details about these sessions will be available on the Education Scotland Events page in due course. The Microsoft Teams link will be shared with you after you have registered for tickets on Eventbrite using the links below:

In order to receive feedback on your application before the summer break we are asking for evidence to be uploaded by 10 May 2024. The April drop-in sessions will be the last ones before the May deadline. The May and June drop-in sessions will be particularly useful for practitioners new to the programme or those who are collating evidence for submission next term.

Further support is also available from our team of STEM Education Officers. Please contact us at the email below and we will be happy to arrange a time to call or meet with you: STEM@educationscotland.gov.scot
