Gnocchi pomodoro e basilico

Today, we made my FAVOURITE meal – gnocchi! I have always been intrigued as to how to make gnocchi. I have made pasta in the past so during the first cooking lesson I have some existing knowledge, however today it was all new to me. I knew it was a very simple recipe but I had no idea how easy it really is. The base = flour and water!! The sauce = passata, oil and basil!
I very much enjoyed rolling out and shaping the gnocchi and I can’t to show my new found skill to my family and friends.
