Task 5c – What Next?

This week I found out  that i’ll be taking on a Critical Friend Role to support the South East cohort in 2020/2021! I’m so excited about this.

One of the most interesting parts of the TLP for me was engaging with practitioners from other schools and contexts and hearing what their line of enquiry was. I’m therefore very keen to do this again but with more of a focus on supporting others. Whilst I will still be suing the principles of practitioner enquiry in my job, it will be nice to be able to focus on other peoples’ projects without having to worry about my own blog/enquiry etc. I’m also excited to develop my coaching and mentoring skills.

This has been such a worthwhile and enriching CPD and i look forward to looking at the TLP program from a new perspective.

  2. Well done Louise! I’m really impressed you were brave enough to take on the challenge of becoming a critical friend. Good luck with this and all your future adventures! I think all the work you have done is brilliant and so relevant. I love how it has been a journey for your whole school community. I hope that our paths cross again and we can keep up the professional dialogue in some way. Thanks for all your hard work and support. Louise x
