On 9 March 2011 Learning and Teaching Scotland organised a conference on Internet Safety and Responsible Use on behalf of the Scottish Government. Representatives from all local authorities were invited to attend.
The conference was free to attend and speakers included some of the UKs leading experts in digital identity, cyberbullying, Internet safety for students with additional support needs, Internet safety in the early years and engaging with parents. Workshops offered lots of practical advice on a whole school approach to Internet Safety and Responsible Use.
We captured lots from the day and will include it all here in the coming weeks.
More details can be found by browsing the latest news or looking at our Speaker’s pages, where presentations can be found.
