Thanks for the inspirational address. The breadth and depths of the offers from both Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire is impressive. A real partnership approach.
Key challenges: How do we build a greater understanding between education and business and the responsibilities of both?
How do we negotiate the complexity and deliver the best outcomes for everyone involved?
How do we provide young people with choices, listen to their aspirations for the future and ensure that young people’s voices are heard and channelled into strategic planning?
We need to be creative and innovative about how we connect and communicate with young people through social media. Its about 2 way communication and its about embracing the technology and channels to speak through social media. Bring young people into advise us and support from SG in reducing the technical barriers are the first steps…
