Secondary School

Learning Community

As an integral part of the St Thomas Aquinas Secondary and Notre Dame High School Learning Community, Corpus Christi Primary is committed to providing a seamless educational journey for our students.

Here’s how we facilitate a smooth transition from primary to secondary school:

Transition Activities: At the end of P7, the majority of our pupils transfer to St Thomas Aquinas Secondary School. To ensure a comfortable transition, we organise visits both to and from the secondary school. These visits, typically occurring at the end of Term 4 in P7, allow students to familiarise themselves with their new environment and meet secondary school staff.

Collaborative Efforts: All schools within our Learning Community collaborate closely to ensure a smooth and straightforward transition process. By working together, we aim to make this pivotal change in a student’s academic journey as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Our commitment to a well-coordinated transition reflects our dedication to the holistic development of our students. We prioritise their comfort and confidence as they embark on the next chapter of their educational adventure at St Thomas Aquinas Secondary School.
