Ensuring a Safe School Environment
At our school, your child’s safety is our top priority at all times. We’ve implemented several measures to maintain a secure and nurturing environment:
- Controlled Secure Entry: We have a controlled and secure entry system in place to carefully monitor all individuals entering the school premises. Visitors are kindly requested to sign our visitors book, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Supervised Playtime: Our dedicated staff supervises the playground from 8:45 AM to 9:00 AM, as well as during playtime and lunchtime, ensuring that children enjoy their break times safely.
- Safe Departures: During dismissal time, our staff members are stationed at the gates to ensure that all children leave the school premises safely, with special attention given to our younger students. If no one is available to pick up a child at home time, they are kept securely within the school building until a suitable adult arrives.
- Trained First Aider: We have a trained First Aider on site who can provide assistance with administering medicine and attending to minor cuts and bruises, ensuring the well-being of your child.
- Communication: If your child becomes unwell during the day or experiences an accident, we will promptly contact you. Open and transparent communication is key to addressing any concerns you may have about your child’s safety within the school environment.
We take the safety of your child seriously, and our Senior Management Team is always available to address any questions or concerns you may have. Your child’s well-being is our collective responsibility, and we appreciate your partnership in maintaining a safe school community.
