As you’ll know, over the next few years both Glasgow City Council and our partner nurseries are going to be looking to take on lots of new staff as we move towards delivering 1140 hours by August 2020.
I’m excited to let you know that this Sunday we’re launching a big recruitment and training campaign with STV, promoting early years as a career across Glasgow. The advert launches on Sunday on STV and the council’s social media accounts and will be running over the next few weeks.
I’m sure you’ll no doubt see the advert at some point and I’d encourage you to share the advert on your nursery’s social media accounts to make sure we reach as many people as possible.
In addition, next week, you’ll also receive a few posters through the post, linking to the advertising campaign. Please try and display these around your nursery too.
