Hello Everyone,
Welcome to Week 6 of our Elmer Transition Project.
This is the last week of our challenge. We hope you have enjoyed taking part in this project with us and are starting to feel excited about starting school in August. We will continue to update the website and twitter page with any new information you might need. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to get in touch with the school.
So for the final time, here are some special challenges.
- Puppets
Make the Elmer stick puppets.
Retell your favourite Elmer story using the puppets.
2.Lining Up
In school, we sometimes have to line up with our friends. Can you help Elmer’s friends to line up for the parade?
Cut out his friends and put them on the string to make a garland.
3. Elmer Picture
Can you make an Elmer picture? Use the materials to make a jungle and friends for Elmer.
4. Elmer’s Day
Can you put the pictures of Elmer’s day into the correct order? What does he do first? What did he do last?
5. Teacher Challenge
The P1 teachers are setting a challenge for all the children.
Can you recognise your name? Have a go at writing it too if you can.
Remember when you can do this, put your final sticker on your chart. Can you send us a picture of you with your finished chart.
