It’s been another busy week in P7B!
We have been getting creative in STEM by designing and building our own shelters for Sukkot. We had to think carefully about our designs and how to make our shelters sturdy!
In numeracy, we have been practising division with remainders and have now moved on to fractions. We are using our division skills to help us find fractions of different amounts.
During writing, we researched famous people who broke barriers and made a difference in the world. We used our research to help us prepare for our solo talks, which we will be presenting next week. We can’t wait to share what we have learned!
In PATHS, we started exploring different types of conflict and discussed how we can use our PATHS strategies to resolve disagreements and get along with others.
We are almost at the end of Divided City and are getting very excited about our upcoming bus tour! We have been developing our reading skills by summarising events, making predictions using evidence from the text and visualising scenes as we read.
Another fantastic week of learning, teamwork and new challenges in P7B
