This week in class we have been working on symmetry and improving our multiplication using various strategies in maths. We also took part in the maths week scavenger hunt.
We linked our writing to our Victorians topic and wrote a diary entry based on the life of a Victorian child. We worked really hard and produced detailed entries.
We have been continuing with our class novel “The Girl Who Stole an Elephant” and have been using our prediction skills to guess what might happen next. We are very close to finishing the book.
We started our autumnal art project and created some excellent pop art pumpkins which we will be completing next week. If you have any empty egg cartons or cardboard please bring them to school for our next art project.
Have a lovely weekend! 😃
