This week, the boys and girls have been working very hard! On Monday, we had lots of fun making our own bird feeders. We then wrote a piece of procedural writing explaining how to make these at home. Everyone did a fantastic job of using a range of bossy verbs, time openers and adverbs to uplevel their writing.

In phonics, we continued to revise the ‘qu’ phoneme and had great fun making our own rocket ships to help us remember the sound. In maths, we consolidated our multiplication strategies and practised applying these to solve a range of problems.
