We had a short week, but we still managed to fit in lots of fun learning!

Literacy
In literacy, we read the next chapter of our class novel and answered comprehension questions to show our understanding of the text.

Maths
In maths, we continued our work on measuring. We learned about the different units used to measure length and how to correctly use a ruler to measure objects. Everyone did a fantastic job with this.

Other Learning
We continued our new topic on rainforests, learning about the different layers and the animals that live in each one.

Diversity Day
Today we discussed diversity and talked about what makes each of us unique and special. We also learned about Ramadan and created colourful lanterns, which look wonderful displayed on our classroom windows.
