We are delighted that you would like your child to join us at Pollokshields Primary School! Please see below for the steps to take to enrol your child
If you wish to enrol your child for the start of the new school session in August 2022, they must have attained the age of 5 years between 1 March 2022 and 28 February 2023.
Parents/carers of those children due to commence attendance at school in August 2022 should now register their children during the week commencing Monday 1 to Friday 5 November 2021. To register you should now complete an online application and submit no later than Friday 5 November 2021.

Enrolement During Term Time
Families who have recently moved into the area who would like to enrol children at the school should contact the Head Teacher or Depute Head Teacher to arrange a time to talk about your child/children and to complete documentation prior to your child starting school with us, if spaces are available Your child will be enrolled by a member of the Senior Management Team.
If you have just arrived in the UK and your child has not been in a British school, special permission to enter school must be sought. To do this please bring :-
- child’s birth certificate
- child’s passport
- parent’s passport
- proof of address
NB – For non EU citizens a current visa or proof of study courses is also needed.
