Head Teacher’s Welcome

On behalf of the children, families, and staff of Parkview Primary School, I extend a very warm welcome to all families and visitors to our school.

Parkview Primary is located in Summerston in the North West of Glasgow. We are incredibly proud of our wide-reaching catchment, supporting the children and families of Summerston, Maryhill, and Acre.

At Parkview we value the genuine contribution from the school community, fostering an ethos of ambition, well-being, and inclusion. 

Children and Young People are at the heart of everything we do. Our children are valued and respected as individuals, where ambitions are of a high-standard through meaningful and genuine relationships.

We work in partnership with parents and families, sharing the the responsibility for providing more choices and more chances for all our young people. At Parkview Primary, we are proud of the learning experiences offered to our pupils, helping them develop into successful learners, confident individuals, effective contributors, and responsible citizens.
