The BBC early careers schemes are for anyone aged 18 and over – whether you’re a school leaver, a career changer, someone just starting out, or returning to the world of work. Salaries for our apprenticeships are very competitive, with level 3 – 6 schemes at £22,950, and our level 7 Trainee Solicitor scheme at £33,000.

The BBC is a gold standard apprenticeship provider and has been delivering successful apprenticeship programmes for over a decade. They ranked 5th in the Times Graduate Employer list for 2024/25 and were named Creative, Media and Marketing Employer of the Year at the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards in 2023 and 2024.
