As we approach Guy Fawkes Night, our friends at Castlemilk Fire Station want to remind us to keep safe.
We’ve included a short video from the Fire Station that gives a clear visual reminder of fire-safety when fireworks and bonfires are involved.
As we approach World Mental Health day on Friday 10th October, we wanted to remind young people and families of supports available outside of school.

In this episode we hear how some of our S1 pupils have settled into King’s Park Secondary and learn about some of the places young people can get support if they need it. Enjoy!
We are excited to be welcoming our future S1 pupils on Wednesday and Thursday for their P7 Transition Event. Our Pupil Support team are looking forward to meeting parents and carers at our information event on Wednesday too! 👋
Every school day makes a difference. By making sure your child goes to school every day, you’re helping them build a bright future and reach their full potential.
What supports do we offer if you or your child need help getting into school?
Your first point of contact for support regarding any concerns over attendance is your child’s Pupil Support Teacher. They will work in partnership with young people and parents/carers to create and implement a plan to support young people to attend school.
