The Kings Park Secondary School basketball team secured their first win of the season with a hard-fought 22–19 victory away from home against Turnbull High last night.
In a closely contested match, the team showed great determination and teamwork to edge out their opponents. Standout performance of the night came from Nifemi Ayorinde (4S2), who was named Most Valuable Player (MVP) for his excellent contribution on the court.
This result marks an important milestone for the squad and is a testament to the hard work being put in by the players and coaching staff. The team is coached by Mr Ellicott, whose guidance continues to help develop both skill and confidence within the group.
Well done to all involved — we look forward to seeing how the season progresses.
