On Monday 22nd June we would like to invite a parent/carer to come along to collect information for their child or children.

Due to data protection around end of year reports please ensure you use the survey function on the app to let us know if someone is collecting on behalf of your child.

As before please stick to your allocated time slot and ensure physical distancing is adhered to.

1-145pm Primary 1- 3

2-245pm Primary 4-6 

Items to collect

• a new home learning pack (for those children who wish to complete any work over the holidays)
• General information letter about procedures for next session
• A letter detailing your child’s days attending, start and finish time, class, class teacher, group allocated and teacher allocated
• End of year school report

Primary 7 children will receive their items on the Tuesday.

Please understand that this may take slightly longer as letters will be named and in sealed envelopes to ensure information for next session and reports go to the correct family.

As we move to next session and begin to plan for our ‘blended learning’ approach we need the feedback and views of our families. Can you take 5 minutes to complete the attached form to let us better understand the Digital Access our children have at home.

We have had lots of enquires regarding applications for clothing grants and free school meals this session.

If you are currently in receipt of a Clothing Grant and FSM- you do not need to reapply for next session. These are people who have previously applied and have been awarded the grant and will have received a Farmfoods card from the council. If your name, address or bank details have changed please use this online form to update your details.

Those who are looking to apply for the first time information is available here to show if you are eligible. Forms to apply will be available mid July and we will post on our app and blog at that time with a link to the form.
