Congratulations to our children who made their First Reconciliation this morning. On this Feast of the Annunciation they were joined in making their First Reconciliation by ย children from St Filan’s Primary school and Mount Florida primary School. Thank you to Sr Pius who has worked with our children in preparing them for this important step in their faith journey!

Today P1 came together to crown Mrs Kavanagh the birthday queen. ๐ She is a star and we love her! We sang her happy birthday and presented her with a yummy chocolate cake.

We are learning how to measure. ย Today we used cubes to measure objects in the classroom. Our favourite task was to measure our school shoes! Check us out ๐๐ Miss O’Neill x
Today we investigated how to separate a mixture which consisted of solid materials. We used a sieve to separate the mixture.
We wonder how we could separate a mixture which has a liquid in it. Hmmm….
