Hi Team 😊

I’m Miss McNaught and I have worked in Govan High’s PE department (the best department in the school) since 2007. Nowadays I am more often found in the Pastoral Care office as I am PT Pastoral Care and Head of Bruce House.

I teach a range of subjects including core PE and PSE classes. Within the PE department I run the Sports Leader programme and help to organise a range of inter-house activities.

I love sport and fitness and watch a lot of football and tennis. I have played tennis since I was 4 years old and spent 10 summers coaching at a summer camp in USA, I also like playing volleyball. My favourite activity to teach is Gymnastics 😊

Throughout my time at Govan High School I have lead a number of international excursions, including exchange trips to Australia and USA as well as visits to Blairvadach outdoor centre. I have thoroughly enjoyed all these experiences and would encourage everyone to get involved in all opportunities available at school.
