Golfhill Parent Council is a group of parents/carers who represent the wider parent/carer community.
The Parent Council helps to create an environment where all parents know that their views matter, and where they feel confident and comfortable putting opinions and ideas forward as a collective voice.
We work in partnership with the school to decide on the key priorities to take forward regarding our unique local community through a parental perspective. We help make links with the wider community, organise social events and encourage the initiation of new opportunities for our children.
We welcome all parents to become actively involved with the work of Golfhill Parent Council.
Each year group has a parent/carer representative that feeds back specific information to the Parent Council group.
The Parent Council organises regular group and sub-group meetings to share information.
