iPad Proxy Problems

If you are having proxy issues and cannot connect to the internet, please follow the steps below.

Step 1 – Close all apps and tabs.

Step 2 – Turn your iPad off and on again.

Step 3 – Try and Access Google on Safari.

Step 4 – When the Proxy Authentication box appears, enter your computer username and the password you use to log in to the school computers.

It may take up to ten times for the iPad to accept the credentials.

Students

If you can’t remember your username or you need your password reset, speak to one of your teachers. They will be able to do this for you when you are in school.

Teachers

If you can’t remember your password, the CGI Service desk can reset this for you after taking your through security questions. Give them a call on 0141 287 4000.
