Welcome

Dear Parent/Carer,

I would like to extend a very warm welcome to you and your child to Cloverbank Nursery. This website contains a range of information that you might find helpful.  Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need more information.

I hope that this website gives you a glimpse of life at Cloverbank Nursery. We look forward to having you and your child work with us and hope that this will be the start of a strong partnership. As parents/carers your role in your child’s learning and development is crucial, by forging a partnership we can ensure your child’s individual needs are met through a nurturing and caring environment.

Please pay attention to the what’s on page in the site as it will be updated frequently to keep you up to date with what is happening in nursery, events, closures and other important dates.

As you all know we strive to become an Eco friendly nursery therefore we hope to cut down in the amount of  paper and ink we use and this website will help support us in doing so. There will also be some copies of the newsletter in print for those who have no internet access.

Many thanks,

Janice McIntyre

  1. Hi Everyone,

Jean here! Just popped in to say hello and I am missing you all, so glad you are finding the web links very useful looking through the pictures that some of you have sent in already you are all having fun learning at home keep up the great work.

    Stay safe and well Jean.

  2. Hi all hope everyone is doing okay and finding ways to manage and cope in these unusual times. Spring is a time to feel sunny so here are some Easter/Spring ideas for you to try……
    1. Read an Easter/spring story.
    2. If you can…plant some seeds/flowers and put them on your windowsill.
    3. Design an Easter egg picture.
    4. Draw and cut out some egg shapes and play a ‘stepping stones’ game.
    5. Play ‘pin the tail on the bunny’ game.
    6. Do 10 bunny hops and 10 star jumps every morning.
    7. Play D.I.Y bowling with plastic bottles. You could decorate them like bunnies.
    8. Make a bunny sock puppet.
    9. Look out your window a draw a picture of something you see.
    10. Sing ‘head, shoulders, knees and toes’ once a day.
    Enjoy…….take care Fiona xx
