It’s A Baby!

This week, our younger classes put on a wonderful nativity show for parents, our friends from Chesters nursery and the rest of the school. Primary 1 took centre stage as the main characters and did an amazing job. Our Primary 2 pupils were brilliant narrators, and the Primary 2 and Primary 3 children sang beautifully together in the choir.

Both performances were a sell out and were a huge success. We are so proud of our youngest pupils for all their hard work and for being so confident on stage. Well done to everyone involved! 🌟🎄

Acorn Base Update

Every morning, children from all stages of the school visit the Acorn Base to take part in literacy and numeracy learning. During this time, they work towards their own individual targets and follow a learning programme that supports their needs.

It is wonderful to see our children building their skills and confidence each day. We love celebrating their achievements and seeing them become successful learners! 🌟📚➕

Leadership Groups: Language Ambassadors

Our Language Ambassadors have been very busy! At Camstradden, lots of different languages are spoken, and we love celebrating this diversity. To help everyone learn more about the languages in our school, the leadership group has created ‘Language of the Month’.

Each month, we will explore a new language together. Here’s a sneak peek at January’s language — keep an eye out to find out more! 🌍🗣️

Skipathon Success!

📸💓 Skipathon Success!

We had an amazing day taking part in our whole-school Skipathon to raise money for the British Heart Foundation as part of their November skipping challenge. Every class visited the gym throughout the day, and our pupils skipped their hearts out — some grown-ups even joined in too!

It was a brilliant way to get moving, have fun, and support a great cause at the same time.

A big well done to our Charities and Sports Leadership groups for organising such a fantastic event!
