Enterprising P7s and Making Maths Fun!
Last week we had to be really responsible and help out at the tables for the Christmas Fayre. It was a very important job as we were trusted with money, as well as promoting what each table had to offer. In preparation for this we created a mini shop in the class and we had to try and work out the correct change to give everyone. We also had to work out whether we would have made a profit or not .It was great fun!
We have also been learning about budgets. We were given an income and had to decide on what to spend our money on. We looked at savings, rent, entertainment, shopping, and pets. We had to make sure we stayed within our monthly budget.
Finally we had to spend some time preparing our delicious Christmas biscuits!! 
Everyone worked super hard this week – well done!!
