This Week in P2a
This week the boys and girls in P2a have been working hard. We started off our week learning our new sound ‘ai’. We practised making words that had our sound in them with our partner. 
Lacey – “I liked working with a partner to learn my sound”
Cailen – “I got this sound easily”
We practised our scissor skills as part of our pets topic. We cut out pictures of animals and their homes and matched them up.
Lamar – “I enjoyed learning about where different pets live”
Leia – “my cutting out is getting better!”
We also had a visit from our music teacher. She taught us about different instruments and how to play them. We enjoyed playing a game and listening to each other playing the instruments.
Elle – “We learned about the cabasa. You twist it to play it”
Tulisa – “you scrape a guiro to play it.”
