Mini Marathon!

It was time for the Annual Mini-Marathon!
We designed our own numbers and had our school mini-marathon in the school playground; with lots of parents cheering us on. Everybody from P1-P7, and the nursery joined in – the hall was crowded with lots of  positivity and excitement.

Our ‘number design’ winners of P5/6 this year, were Haneeah and Ike (photo below: hiding in the back). Thank you for sharing those lovely creative skills! Petar came first in our race, and everybody else? Everybody’s a winner!

** Please  continue to hand in sponsor money – it will go towards our school trips and parties! Thanks in advance 🙂

I am going to describe my dad.

He has grey hair, brown eyes and a big nose. He is an early bird. He works as hard as a mule every day. He runs very fast. He can’t speak English very well. He cooks very delicious meals. I have not met him because he is my dad and I see him every day.

Star: Very good details of your dad; I can almost visualise what he looks like and does.
Wish: Try to connect your sentences and use different “sentence openers” 🙂
