What have you guys been up to in the holidays so far? I’ve been going for nice walks and doing some baking. Tonight I baked Easter Blondies and they are delicious.

Hi Neha, thank you. I’m having a lovely Easter already. I went to mass virtually this morning to celebrate Easter. My priest takes live videos of mass and shares them on Facebook so we are able to feel like we are still at mass. It was lovely. I hope you’re a great day 💜💜

Oh that sounds lovely. Great that you’ve been busy cooking. I’ve never tried lassi so I will need to try it soon. Can you post the recipe please? I’m going to make banana and chocolate chip cookies today. I will make a time lapse of it and try to post it to the blog.
