We made recycled paper this week on our visit to Linn Park.

Step 1 – We collected petals to add  to the paper mix.

 

Step 2 – The paper mix was old ripped up paper mixed with water. When the petals were added to the paper mix we chose which one we would like to make (they were different colours).

 

 

Step 3 – We had to put a wooden frame into the paper mix.

 

 

Step 4 – We lifted it out and pressed it onto a towel and then used a sponge to take out the extra water so the paper could dry.

 

Step 5 – We had to lift the frame off to finish the paper and leave it to dry.

 

 

 

We can collect our dry paper next week 🙂
