Stress appears in our daily lives, some experience this in more extreme ways than others. We have to be aware that this can have a big impact on our learners emotions and behaviour and ability to learn within the classroom.

When our stress response system is triggered within the brain stem, our bodies receive a rush of cortisol, which in turn result in one of these 3 responses:
