Welcome to P4a!
Our class teachers are Mrs Dickson (Monday -Wednesday) and Mrs Murray (Thursday -Friday). We have 31 pupils.
Our PE day is Tuesday so please wear your PE kit to school each Tuesday. Sometimes this may be outside so remember a long sleeved top for when the weather is not so warm.
This term our Topic is based around Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Business Enterprise. We will be making some delicious treats in class to sell at the Christmas Fayre. In Numeracy we are progressing our addition knowledge and have been learning lots of different strategies to help us. We will soon be moving onto subtraction. Preparations are also under way for our school show. We have been practising our singing in class with P4B.
Our reading and any homework will be issued each Wednesday. Please could it be handed in for the following Monday, with reading records signed.
Week beginning 15.12.25 –
We have had a very busy and fun week to finish the term! The class have been stars. They put so much work into the Christmas Show and had lots of fun at our P4 party and pantomime.
Thanks to pupils and families for all our lovely gifts, cards and Christmas crafts. It was really so kind of you all and greatly appreciated.
