
We had a fantastic day out at the Royal Highland Show with our S4 Practical Cookery pupils!
The group had the opportunity to explore the importance of sustainability in food production, meet and learn about local suppliers, and gain a greater understanding of where our food comes from. They also enjoyed watching live cooking demonstrations, picking up tips and inspiration from professional chefs.
It was a valuable and enjoyable experience that brought classroom learning to life and highlighted the exciting opportunities within Scotland’s food and drink industry. Well done to all our pupils for representing the school so positively!
