Hot Meal:  Soup of the day, Roast Chicken in Gravy with Yorkshire Pudding and Oven Roasted Herby Diced Potatoes, Roast Quorn Fillet in Gravy with Herby Diced Potatoes, Fish Fingers or Scottish Breaded Haddock served with Chips. Chicken Fries at breaktime.

House Points (Mr Spink)
Congratulations to Carlyle who have won this year’s House Cup – details on rewards will be provided soon.

S2 School of Dance (Mrs Johnston)
S2 School of Dance lists is now up on the Sports Notice Board in PE at the bottom of the steps.

Battlefields Trip 2026 (Mr Harrower) 
All pupils going on the Battlefields Trip must attend a meeting on Thursday 14th May at lunchtime in Mrs Harrower’s room. Attendance is essential.

Dress Down Day (Dr. Murray)
Friday 15th May will be a dress down day in aid of Scottish Action for Mental Health (SAMH) They promote, and support positive mental health in our community, and across Scotland. A great charity! The usual rules apply – keep it “school-sensible”, and no football colours. Pay £1 to your period 1 teacher.

School Nurse Service (School Nursing Team)
The school nurse service runs in Meeting Room 1 every Thursday at break time. You can see them for all issues health related. Please use the QR code below to request an appointment.

Chemistry Study Support (KHS Chemistry Team)
Are you baffled by bonding, addled by atoms, or flummoxed by formulae? If so, Chemistry Study Support is available Thursday after school in A4/A5/A6. Bring all your problems to the lab bench. You could even use it as a quiet space to get some homework done. Everyone is welcome!

Japanese Club (Mr Stewart)
Come and join us in C9 after school for Japanese Club.

Drama Club (Mr McPherson)
Drama club every Thursday after school in Mr McPherson’s Drama Studio 15:30 to 16:25.

Indoor ‘Gardening’ Club (Ms Brown🍀)
For winter, Gardening Club is moving inside. Pupils who would like to draw, paint, or research, garden plants are welcome to attend C11, with their lunch. 🍃
See me in advance for a pass.

Netball (Mrs Poynter)
Netball training is on a Thursday lunch time for S1 – S4. Anyone is welcome to come along. Please make sure you finish your lunch before coming down.

FRIDAY 15 MAY

Hot Meal:  Soup of the day, Beef Chilli or Veg Chilli served with Rice or Pasta and Chicken Fries all served at breaktime.
