SPORTS DAY – FRI 23RD MAY (Mrs Steedman)
This Friday is KHS Sports Day, well done to everyone who has taken part in athletics in PE over the last few weeks! Those who scored the best results in S1 and S2 have been selected to take part in Sports Day on Friday. This will be periods 3, 4 & 5. Can you please check the notice board at the bottom of the PE stairs today at break or lunch to see if you have qualified, a group call message has also been sent home with the information. If there are any problems, speak to your PE teachers.

Article 27: Healthy Food – Free Food (Mrs Young)
Free Food: We are trying to reduce food waste therefore can you please come along to D2 at the end of each day to make use of the free food that is available. This will include food that has been cooked in home economics as well as fresh food that needs to be used up. This will be available every day on a first come first served basis and will help make sure food does not get binned which is good for us and the environment! There is usually even more excess on a Friday so get down ASAP! Thanks, Rights Respecting Schools Group

The LGBT+ Group meets on Tuesday lunchtime in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science). It is a social space open to EVERYONE whether you are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, any other identity, or an ally of the community. See Dr Murray for a pass if you want to come. Bring your lunch!

KHS Radio Show on K107FM (Dr Murray) 📻
We present a weekly show on Kirkcaldy’s radio station, K107FM every Wednesday. You could be involved. We meet every Wednesday in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science) to plan the show. Come along and bring your lunch! See Dr M for a lunch/building pass.
