Piano Lessons Today (Mrs Simpson)
Mr MacDonald will only be in to teach periods 6 and 7 today as he is playing at the Fife Festival. Please check to see when your lesson is, and if it’s not either of those periods, stay in class. He will be here next week for the usual timetable so make sure you keep practising and know when your lesson is next week.

Fife Festival Rehearsal (Mrs Duckett)
Ms Kelso’s flute group, clarinet group and soloists performing in the Fife Festival have an extra rehearsal TODAY P1 and P2. Please check info on Teams and come to the Music Department at your allocated time.

All S5/6 Applying to Higher Education (Miss Nessel)
You have an information session with Abertay Uni (Lift Off) on Wednesday 5 February P4 in the Library. Please sign in with class teachers first then head along to the library promptly. Any issues/questions see Miss Nessel.

Singing Rehearsals for Matilda (Mr Wilkie)
Thursday after school is a singing rehearsals for Matilda. All named kids and big kids are needed. Rehearsal will be in the music department.

Fife Council Apprenticeship Application Support Sessions (Mr McCowan)
On Wednesday 29 January SDS Scotland will be giving a talk in C4 for senior pupils (S4-6) who are interested in applying for a Fife Council apprenticeship to support you with your applications. If you are interested in attending then please scan the QR code and complete with your name and year group. Places are limited!

Scientific Calculators – £8.11 (Mr Cromb)
The school still has Aurora scientific calculators available to purchase for £8.11. These can be paid for on iPayimpact, or using cash at reception. This is especially important if you have exams this year. Having your own calculator is beneficial as you will be more familiar with its functions, and you will be able to use it when you’re studying. The Aurora calculators are easier to use than some other models, and they’re also cheaper! If you’re paying with cash, please help reception by bringing in the 11p. Please see Mr Cromb in B1 for more information.

Fife Festival of Music (Mr Wilkie)
Can all pupils in Glee Choir, Guitar Group, Flute Group, Clarinet Group and Bellissime Corde come and collect their consent forms from Music for Fife Festive of Music. Please return them by Friday 31 January to Mr Wilkie.

Kingdom Works Construction Academy (Mr McCowan)

Chess club runs Thursday lunchtimes in A6, 1:10-1:40pm. Beginners to Grand master’s welcome. Collect a lunchtime pass from Dr Black if you would like to come along.

Equality Group (Dr Murray)
The KHS Equality Group meets every Thursday lunchtime in A4. Anyone who is interested in any aspect of equality is welcome whether it be age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation. Biology Study Support (Biology Teachers)
Biology study support will take place on Thursdays 3:25-4:25pm in A1, A2 or A3. All levels welcome.

Together We Can group is on after school, Thursdays in the PE department from 3:30-4:15pm.

School Nurse Drop-in Service (School Nursing Team)
The school nurse drop-in service runs in Meeting Room 1 every Friday at break time. You can see them for all issues health related. No appointment necessary.
