The game started frantically with both teams having chances within the first couple of minutes. KHS went behind after failing to defend a corner into the box leaving the Beath player a free header from 6 yards. This actually gave Kirkcaldy a lift and they kicked on from there.

5 minutes from half-time Brandyn C, captain on the day stepped up to convert from the spot after winning the penalty. The teams went in level at 1-1 at half time.

The second half was a complete dominant display from Kirkcaldy from start to finish seeing us score 4 goals to run out convincing winners. Kirkcaldy passed the ball and were on the front foot with waves of attacks that meant the majority of the football was all in the Beath half.

That is now the Senior U18 Football Team won the Cup Double after beating Levenmouth Academy 3-1 in the League Cup Final and beating Beath HS 5-1 in the Fife Cup Final.

The boys have been unbelievable and deserve to be the champions. They are a credit to our school.
