As well as recording learner progression, the document also acts as an effective tool to aid identification of any gaps in learning. To ensure pace and challenge of learning is maintained between stages and sectors, a consistent approach across schools and clusters is recommended. This tracking and monitoring document also assists practitioners to justify declarations of achievements for their learners.
