A warm welcome to Denend Primary School and Nursery!

Denend Primary has approximately 180  pupils, consisting of seven primary classes, a nursery for children from 3-5 years and an Under 3 provision.

We aim to ensure that there is a welcoming and positive ethos throughout our school and that all children learn and develop in a safe, secure and nurturing environment.

Our Vision, Values and Aims

Our vision is ‘Building Bright Futures’. We build everything we do around our school values of Belong, Believe and Be Kind and we hope through these values to foster a community of tolerance, care and respect. The learning and achievement of all children is valued and high aspirations and ambitions are actively promoted. We work hard to develop and maintain a sense of the ‘Pride of Denend’.
