We were delighted to receive recognition of our hard work in promoting reading for pleasure. Following a nomination from author Ross MacKay, we received a Reading for Pleasure award from The Society of Authors.
To support the school’s work around promoting a love of reading, and as part of our submission for Gold accreditation for Reading Schools Award. The day was hugely successful and got lots of support from the community. Below are some photos of the day.
