The last Friday of every month will be a Dress Down Day. There is a suggestion of a £1 donation on these days.

 

Friday 30th January: Dress Down Day

2nd Feb – 6th Feb: Reading Schools Week – classes will be partaking in a range of reading activities throughout the week

Tuesday 3rd February: Parent Voice Meeting – School Hall 6pm

9th February – Start of Children’s Mental Health Week

Wednesday 11th February: In-Service Day – NO SCHOOL

Thursday 12th & Friday 13th February: School Holidays – NO SCHOOL

Tuesday 17th February: Valentine’s / Kindness Disco. School disco in the hall, will include a drink, snack and sweet with ticket price. DJ Micky Mohawk will provide music. More information soon regarding when tickets are on sale at the school office.

Friday 20th February: Founder’s Day for Scouts, Cubs, Brownies & Guide groups. Members of these clubs can wear their group’s uniforms to school if they choose.

Friday 27th February: Dress Down Day

Thursday 5th March: World Book Day. Pupils can come to school dressed as a book character or in their PJ’s. They can bring in books to share or swap if they choose.

Friday 20th March: Red Nose Day/Comic Relief. Pupils can come to school dressed down or wearing something red. Donations will go to Comic Relief. This is in place of Dress Down Day for March.

Friday 3rd April to Friday 17th April: School Holidays – NO SCHOOL

Monday 20th April: First day back to school Term 4

Friday 24th April: Dress Down Day

Monday 4th May: Public Holiday – NO SCHOOL

Thursday 7th May: In-Service Day – NO SCHOOL

Friday 29th May: Dress Down Day

Monday 1st June: School Holiday – NO SCHOOL

Tues 2nd/Wed 3rd/ Thurs 4th June: P7 Residential Trip to Fordell Firs

Wed 10th/ Thurs 11th/ Fri 12th: P7 Transition Days at AHS

Friday 3rd July: Last day of School – Full day
