We love to get outside in our nursery, regardless of the weather. We have a wonderful, enclosed outdoor space with an array of play equipment.  These include a tree house with slide, an outdoor mud kitchen, lots of loose parts for us to create with our imaginations and opportunities to dig

and explore. We also have lots of bikes, trikes and scooters the children can use to travel around the pathways of the garden.

We also have a wonderful wooded area at the top of Lade Braes where we sometimes go for some forest time and explore our local area. Luckily we have two wonderful beaches nearby and we plan day trips to these. During these sessions, the children and staff explore the beach together, enjoy lunch and snack time outdoors and play together in these beautiful surroundings.
